Portfolio reports provide data based on a specific role or person for current, past, and future assignments.
Design a portfolio report
In the chart designer, select Portfolio Report from the right menu.
In the Chart Title field, type a unique name for the chart.

If you don’t provide a name, the chart will populate a name.
Configure the following fields:

Some entities require additional configuration when you drop them in the Dimensions or Measures field. If additional configurations are required, select the appropriate options and click Confirm.
Change State
Select a state of the data you want to view:
Current: Displays the data in the current state of the node.
Proposed (default): Displays the data in the proposed state.
Difference: Displays the difference in the data between current state and proposed state.
Columns
Select entities like assignments, people, roles, and territory that will display in columns on the table of the portfolio report.
From the Entities menu on the left, search for dimensions and measures.
Drag and drop dimensions and measures to the Columns field.
Role (optional)
Limit the report data based on a role.
From the dropdown select a role.
Person (optional)
Limit the report data based on a person.
From the dropdown select a person.
Limit (default is 5000)
Change the range of data that displays for the report.
Type the range of data you want to display for the report.
Start
Change the date to the start date of period of time for the data you want to view.
Click the calendar.
From the dropdowns and calendar, select the month, year, and day.
End
Change the date to the end date of period of time for the data you want to view.
Click the calendar.
From the dropdowns and calendar, select the month, year, and day.
Filters (optional)
Add criteria to customize the filters for the data:
From the Entities menu on the left, search for dimensions and measures.
Drag and drop dimensions and measures to the Filters field.
In the Operator field, select the condition to filter the data by.
In the Value field, add the value to filter the data by.
Click Plot.
