Pinning Multiple Accounts Using Account IDs

A common RevOps task is to manually pin accounts as Named Accounts/Exceptions to territories. This video outlines the steps as follows:

  1. Get a comma-separated list of account IDs

  2. Paste the account IDs into the ID field in the Accounts grid in a Territory Plan

  3. Select the multi-select checkbox to highlight all the accounts

  4. Use the Move menu to select the territory to pin the accounts

  5. Determine whether to use Named Account or Named Exception pins
