Manage a report

Depending if you create the report from the module or dashboard, you will have access to different tools and options to manage the report.

Manage charts

Note
Module options are only available while you have the report plotted from the module as the report is temporary unless pinned. Once pinned you can access and manage the report from the dashboard to which it is pinned.

Dashboard option	Module option	Description
Refresh	Refresh	Refresh to ensure the most recent data is displaying in the report.
Data Label	Fixed Label	Select to view values directly on the chart and when you download an snapshot of the chart. Note To view specific values, hover over the chart.
N/A—you have to edit the chart to view a tabular report.	Table	Add a tabular view of the report below the chart view.
Edit	Edit	Click to edit the measures and dimensions of the report.
Download	Download	Download a `.png` snapshot of the report. If report is a chart—it will download a `.png` snapshot of the report. Note If you want data to be visible in the downloaded image, select Fixed Label before you download the snapshot. If a report is a table—it will download an `.xlsx` file with the table data.
N/A—reports created from dashboards are saved on the dashboard and do not need to be pinned.	Pin	Pin the report to a dashboard where it’s configuration will be saved.
Remove	N/A—reports created from a module are temporary and are not available on any dashboard unless pinned.	Delete the report from the dashboard. Warning There is no confirmation when you click this option. The report will be automatically deleted from the dashboard and cannot be undone.
Show Legend	N/A—automatically displays at the top of the chart.	Select to view the legend directly on the chart and when you download an snapshot.
Levels	Levels	Select the level of data you want to view on the chart and when you download a snapshot.
Time period	Time period	Select a period of time from which you want to view data.

Add a tabular view of the report below the chart view.

Edit

Edit option highlighted on the toolbar.

Download

Download option highlighted on the toolbar.

Download a .png snapshot of the report.

If report is a chart—it will download a .png snapshot of the report.
Note
