# Manage standalone reports

Save and edit reports that you create as standalone reports that are independent from dashboards.

## Before you begin

- [Create folders](/v1/docs/create-folders) to organize your reports.
- [Create a standalone report](/v1/docs/create-a-standalone-report).

## Access an independent report

1. Go to **Reports**.

2. Select the folder where you saved the individual report that you want to manage.
3. Select the report.
4. [Edit, save](/v1/docs/manage-standalone-reports#edit-and-save-a-standalone-report) or [manage](/v1/docs/manage-standalone-reports#manage-a-standalone-report) the report as needed.

## Edit and save a standalone report

1. Select the following options, as needed:

| Option | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Edit** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/369efcf7-66f9-4f6b-9d45-9ca24a5b06cf/Images/Documentation/image(462).png) | Opens the [chart builder](/v1/docs/select-a-chart-to-design#select-a-chart-to-design) to edit the measures and dimensions of the report. |
| **Save As** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/369efcf7-66f9-4f6b-9d45-9ca24a5b06cf/Images/Documentation/image(463).png) | [Saves the report](/v1/docs/save-a-new-report) as a new report. |
| **Save** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/369efcf7-66f9-4f6b-9d45-9ca24a5b06cf/Images/Documentation/image(464).png) | Saves changes to the existing report. |

## Manage a standalone report

When you create a standalone report, it automatically generates a chart and a table in the report view.

1. Click the **menu ⋮.**

2. Select the following options, as needed:

| Option | Description |
| --- | --- |

| ![](https://cdn.document360.io/369efcf7-66f9-4f6b-9d45-9ca24a5b06cf/Images/Documentation/image(469).png)**Show/Hide Labels** | Displays or hides values directly on the chart and when you download an snapshot of the chart. > [!NOTE] > Note > > To view specific values, hover over the chart. |

Users have to log in to Fullcast to view the report from the link. Links expire after 7 days. |

## Select report data to display

On certain report types you can drill down or select specific period of time for the data you want to view in the report.

| Option | Description |
| --- | --- |

| **Time period** ![](https://cdn.document360.io/369efcf7-66f9-4f6b-9d45-9ca24a5b06cf/Images/Documentation/image(309).png) | Displays data for the selected period of time. Only available on select report types. |
