The Fullcast AI assistant is a built in chatbot that can help you understand, navigate, and configure your Fullcast tenant. The assistant provides contextual information based on the available support documentation to help you with territory management, quota settings, capacity planning, lead routing, commissions calculation, and more.
You can chat with the assistant directly in Fullcast or through Slack.
Chat with the assistant in Fullcast
Log in to Fullcast.
Click the Fullcast support option in the top user management menu.
In the chat window, type your question or click the suggested prompts to begin your chat.
Chat with the assistant in Slack
You can chat with the Fullcast AI assistant in Slack which will provide the same support and information as when you chat with the assistant in your Fullcast instance.
Open the Slack application.
Go to Home.
Click Apps > Manage > Browse apps.
In the Search field, search for Fullcast Assistant.
Click Go to app.
Type questions in the chat window to begin your chat.
