What happens when I duplicate or clone an existing plan?

You'll generate an identical set of design and rhythm modules to the plan you selected to duplicate. For any new plans, the motion module is disabled to ensure consistency in the data imported and exported to the CRM.

What can I edit in my duplicated plan?

You can design and make adjustments to the territory, teams, products, and industry taxonomy.

Do I have to redesign tenant settings with each new plan?

All tenant settings including audits, jobs, users, fields, and metrics are universal across all plans. You do not have to redo or adjust settings with each additional plan. Any adjustments made in the settings menu apply to all plans.

How many plans can I create in my instance?

You can create a maximum of 3 plans for each tenant. To access more plans, contact your CSM.
