# Enable AI features

Before users can access the Fullcast AI assistant, model context protocol (MCP) integrations, or AI-assisted audit log analysis, a Tenant Admin must enable AI features in Application Settings.

## Before you begin

- Tenant Admin permission is required to enable AI features

## Steps to enable AI features

1. Go to **Settings > Application Settings > AI & Agents**.

2. Toggle **Enable AI Assistant Features** on.

Enabling the toggle activates the following features for your tenant:
  - [**Fullcast Assistant**](/plan-and-pay/docs/fullcast-ai-assistant) — an in-platform chatbot that answers questions about territory management, quota settings, lead routing, commissions, and more.
  - [**MCP server access**](/plan-and-pay/docs/set-up-the-model-context-protocol-mcp) — connects external AI clients (Claude, ChatGPT, Agentforce, and Cursor) to Fullcast data.
  - [**Audit log and error trace interpretation**](/plan-and-pay/docs/interpret-audit-events-and-error-traces) — AI-assisted analysis of audit events and error traces to help diagnose configuration issues.
