Edit coverage assignments that require minor updates or delete coverage assignments that are no longer needed.
Edit a coverage assignment
Edit the details of a coverage assignment, refer to the appropriate processes to change an employee role or confirm a new hire.
Note
Modifying an active coverage assignments that has already been exported to the Account Team object in Salesforce may cause inconsistencies.
Go to the appropriate module (Territories, Teams, or Products) > Manage Coverage.
Find the assignment you want to edit.
Click the menu â‹® and select Edit.
Update the fields as needed.
Click Next.
Review the Ramp Assumptions.
Click Save.
Delete a coverage assignment
Delete a coverage assignment that has not been exported and is no longer needed.
Note
If a coverage assignment has exported, the option to delete the assignment is not available to prevent orphaned account teams in the CRM.
Go to the appropriate module (Territories, Teams, or Products) > Manage Coverage.
Find the assignment you want to delete.
Click the menu â‹® and select Delete.
In the confirmation window, type
DELETE
.Click Confirm.
