Use custom tables the same way as VLOOKUP
tables in a spreadsheet to match specific data values to associated information which enhances data management and calculations for commissions. Define and store specific data that is referenced and applied to transactions to enable accurate commission calculations for sales representatives.
For example, you create a custom table, such as Credit Card Commission Table, which contains columns for Credit Card and Commission. When transactions are processed nightly, Fullcast Pay looks up each credit card type in the custom table and applies the corresponding commission percentage to the transactions that are imported.

Create and import custom table data
Define column headers and then Manually add rows or import a CSV file to create the custom table in Fullcast. Column headers for a CSV import must match the same column headers in Fullcast Pay.
Use the import option to also update existing data in a custom table.
Date boundaries and data management
Enable date boundaries for custom tables to add start and end date columns which maintain historical records of data imported. Transactions where the commission rate changed over time maintains the historical data of past commission percentages for those transactions while it applies the most recent rate to future transactions based on their date.
Use date created and date modified column types to track row entry and modifications within the custom table.
Column types and functionality
Various column types are available to customize the custom tables which includes single line (varchar), phone number, round number, date, paragraph text and so on. The user column type is a dropdown that pulls the available tenant users in Fullcast. Enable case sensitivity for columns where the data requires unique identification.
