# Connect a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

Connect your HRIS to Fullcast to automatically sync employee data.

> If you want to connect your HRIS system, contact your CSM for more information.

1. Go to **Settings > Policies**.
2. In the **Connected Applications** section, click **Add Application**.

3. Select the HRIS you want to connect and follow the prompts to complete your set up.
4. Work with your CSM to import the data from your HRIS to Fullcast.

**Human resources information system:**A system that collects, stores, and manages employee data and automates HR processes like payroll and benefits.

**Customer success manager:**A customer service support person who ensures customers achieve their desired outcomes and receive maximum value from Fullcast.
