Information:
Before proceeding:
In the Fullcast app, the isExportable flag must be set to true in the plan and the role.
Remote site settings must be updated with the instance URL
Restrictions:
User selection is limited to active users with roles configured in the Custom Metadata Policy settings.
Commit/Propose options are configured at the Salesforce instance level.
Commit (True): Changes are permanent in both Salesforce and Fullcast.
Proposed (False): Changes are proposed in Fullcast for review before finalization.
User must have tenant admin or node-based permissions.
Adding the Button to the Page Layout
Access your Salesforce Lightning instance.
Navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Account Team Member > Buttons and Links.
Click the New Button or Link button in the right corner.
Configure the new button settings as described in the table below:

Select “Terminate Employee [fcio1__TerminateEmployee” from the Content dropdown menu.
Click Save.
Add the Terminate Employee Button to the Page Layout
Access your Salesforce Lightning instance.
Navigate to Setup > Object Manager > Account Team Member > Page Layouts.
Drag and drop the Terminate Employees button you created into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section.
Click Save.
Terminating an Employee in Salesforce
Access your Fullcast Lightning instance.
Navigate to the appropriate team member.
Click the dropdown arrow in the top right corner and select Terminate Employee from the dropdown menu.
Select the termination date from the calendar picker.
Click Next and identify the replacement type and person as appropriate.

Click Next.

Delete the Target.
