# Configure Tenant ID in Routing Policies

Once you log in to Salesforce, configure the tenant id:

1. Go to **Setup > Custom Metadata Type**.
2. Find **Fullcast Policy Setting** and click **Manage Records.**
3. Find **Tenant Id** and click **Edit.**
4. Type the Tenant Id the Salesforce Instance is connected to.

> To find your tenant ID, log in to Fullcast and click on the user menu in the top right corner.

5. Click **Save**.
