# Complete Multifactor Authentication (MFA) configuration

When your [Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is enabled](/v1/docs/configure-multifactor-authentication), complete the following steps to configure your authenticator application for log in.

> 
> [MFA is enabled by tenant admins](/v1/docs/configure-multifactor-authentication) in either the tenant admin settings or user settings. If MFA is disabled, you will only use your username and email to log in.

1. Type in your username and password.

> Note
> 
> The option **Remember this device for 30 days** is only visible if the Tenant Admin has enabled the **Remember browser** setting for your organization. If you select this option, you won’t need to enter your passcode for the next 30 days.
2. Click **Continue**.
3. Open your preferred authenticator application and scan the QR code.
4. On the Fullcast screen, type the one-time passcode generated from your authenticator application.
5. Click **Continue**.
