# Build a target report

The Target Report is a report type in Fullcast Plan that pulls territories, the people assigned to them, and their targets into a single table. Use it to audit who is assigned to which territory and what quota or goal they carry — without leaving the platform.

## Create a target report

Target Reports are available in the **Territories**, **Teams**, and **Products** modules. The targets you can include depend on which module you're in — territory targets are only available when building the report from **Territories**, and so on.

1. Go to the **Reports** section in Fullcast Plan.
2. Click **New Report**.
3. Under **Report type**, select **Target Report**.
4. Add columns by selecting fields from any of the four available entities: **Territories**, **Teams**, or **Products** (depending on your module); **Assignments**; **Targets**; **People**.
5. Choose how to display target values: **monthly**, **quarterly**, or **annually**.
6. Click **Save**.

## What you can do with a target report

- Audit a rep's quota — confirm the right person is assigned to the right territory with the right target.
- Review targets against territory metrics like bookings potential or number of accounts.
- Replace external spreadsheets you've been maintaining to do this audit work.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note**
>
> If your report exceeds a certain size threshold, Fullcast displays a warning letting you know it may take longer to load. This is expected behavior for large data sets.
