Assignment notifications keep you informed about changes in territory coverage and team structure.
Assignment Created
The “assignment created successfully” message confirms that new coverage has been added to territories, teams, or products within Fullcast. Specifically, it means an individual has assigned new coverage to a specific territory. When an assignment has been created, the following information is included:
The person assigned to the territory.
Role of the person assigned.
The start and end date of the assignment.
To understand the details of this new coverage, such as the type of coverage, log in to Fullcast and view the plan specified in the notification email you received.
Assignment Updated
The “assignment updated successfully” message confirms that an existing assignment in Fullcast has been modified. These changes might include modifications to Ramp, Start Date, End Date, or Role. To review the updated assignment details, including the changes that were made, log in to Fullcast and view the plan specified in the notification email you received.
Assignment Deleted
The “assignment deleted successfully” message confirms that an assignment in Fullcast has been removed. As a result, the history of the person being assigned to the territory or team is lost. If this assignment was already pushed to Salesforce, Fullcast would not know to remove them from the account team in Salesforce. To confirm the deletion and review any remaining assignments, log in to Fullcast and view the plan specified in the notification email you received.
Warning:
Deleting an assignment should be done before a plan is exported to Salesforce.
