Troubleshooting Login Issues


This article provides information and direction regarding common password concerns. 

What should I do if I forget my password? 

  1. On the login screen, enter your username.
  2. Click the Forgot Password link. 
  3. Enter your registered email when prompted. 
  4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions. 

What should I do if I forget my username? 

  1. Contact Fullcast Customer Service by email or phone. 
  2. Let them know you forgot your username and password.
  3. Your password will be reset and you will receive an email with your username and new password. 

Why was I moved to a new authentication process?

We’ve upgraded our security to protect your information better. 

How do I enable MFA?

Once logged in, click the “Enable MFA” button in your account settings. 

Note: If the user has MFA enabled, the MFA screen will appear on the login page. 


What if I see a "400 Bad Request" error?

If you encounter this error, try these steps:

  1. Right-click on the application and select “Inspect” from the menu. 
  2. In the Developer Tools panel, click the Application tab. 
  3. Delete cookies associated with Fullcast.
  4. Close all browser windows and try logging in again.
  5. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or try using a private browsing session.

Troubleshooting "Invalid Credentials" Message:

If you're getting this message, here's what to do:

  1. Reset your password and try logging in again.
  2. Check with another user to see if your account is still active.
  3. Ensure your account is not unlicensed by checking the Teams module.
