What should I do if I forget my password?
- On the login screen, enter your username.
- Click the Forgot Password link.
- Enter your registered email when prompted.
- Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions.

- Let them know you forgot your username and password.
- Your password will be reset and you will receive an email with your username and new password.
Why was I moved to a new authentication process?
We’ve upgraded our security to protect your information better.
How do I enable MFA?
Once logged in, click the “Enable MFA” button in your account settings.
Note: If the user has MFA enabled, the MFA screen will appear on the login page.
What if I see a "400 Bad Request" error?
If you encounter this error, try these steps:
- Right-click on the application and select “Inspect” from the menu.
- In the Developer Tools panel, click the Application tab.
- Delete cookies associated with Fullcast.
- Close all browser windows and try logging in again.
- If the issue persists, clear your browser cache or try using a private browsing session.
Troubleshooting "Invalid Credentials" Message:
If you're getting this message, here's what to do:
- Reset your password and try logging in again.
- Check with another user to see if your account is still active.
- Ensure your account is not unlicensed by checking the Teams module.
