Viewing Audit Logs by Territory

The audit log feature in your Territory Hierarchy allows you to track changes made to regions and territories within your plan. Follow the steps below to view and navigate the audit log effectively.


Steps to View the Audit Log by Region

  1. Navigate to the Territory Hierarchy under the plan you’re currently working on.
  2. Click on a specific level within the hierarchy.
  3. Click on the Actions menu and select View Audit Logs.

What You Can See in the Audit Log

  • Once the audit log screen opens, you’ll see a record of changes made within the selected region.
  • If recent changes (e.g., rerunning rules or moving accounts) were made, they will appear in the log for the specific region.
