Enabling Notifications in Fullcast


This article provides directions for enabling notifications for both email and in-app notifications.

Admin, Salesforce Admin, CISO, Sales Manager, Overlay Manager, Customer Success Manager 


Enabling Notifications 

  1. Access your Fullcast instance and switch plans if applicable.

  1. Click your avatar in the top right corner of the menu bar. 
  2. Select Notifications Preferences from the dropdown menu. 
  3. Click the button to enable notifications for each event as applicable.

Note: Refer to the Events Notifications List article for information on the events enabled for notifications. 

  1. Click the Customize Delivery Channel option to identify how you would like to receive notifications: email or inbox. 

Note: Inbox notifications are in-app alert notifications. 

  1. Click Close.

Now you will receive the enabled notifications to the channel you identified.
