Release Notes FY25 Q3
The FY25 Q3 release introduces significant enhancements across various areas including notifications, workflow automation, capacity planning, and UI improvements.
User Experience
Updates to Target UI
This release introduces UI enhancements to the way targets are managed.
Adjust target relief in-line instead of a pop-up modal. Now when you edit your target details you will be greeted with a single modal where you can make adjustments.
Make adjustments to your targets in one modal instead of several by scrolling through your settings.
Updates to Roles UI
This release introduces a new navigation experience for Roles.
Previously, your roles were organized with tiles, now to provide a better at-a-glance experience, we’ve organized roles into rows.
Navigate Role settings through tabs. Easily update your information, ramp profile, and productivity profile by clicking the corresponding tab.
Click the Ramp Profiles tab to adjust your ramp profile.
Click the Productivity Profiles tab to create and adjust a productivity profile. This productivity profile will be available to you when updating a scenario model.

- On the account page, click the dropdown arrow to the right of Add Team Members.
- Select New Assignment.
- Complete the form and click Save and Exit.
Note: Change owner workflows must be enabled.
To edit an existing assignment, navigate to the applicable assignment, click the appropriate name, and make adjustments.
Capacity Planning
This release enhances headcount distribution by allowing for the simultaneous distribution of attrition and TBR heads, either evenly or based on specific metrics or existing headcount. You can also distribute current headcount, TBHs, or both, using various methods. To support this, we've introduced the Full Ramped Target in the Roles functionality, defining productivity for fully ramped users, including seasonal variations. Both productivity and fully ramped target profiles can be matched based on specific criteria.
Ramp Cutoff Feature:
Additionally, we've added a cutoff date feature to RAMP calculations. New hires added before the cutoff date will start their ramp period in the current month, while those added after will start in the following month. This change affects various calculations, including effective headcount, targets, capacity planning, and reporting. Existing customers will have the end of the month as the default cutoff date, while users can specify a custom date in the updated user interface.
Finally, we've centralized default targets and ramp profiles to streamline role management. This allows for the creation and management of these settings independently of specific roles, making the role-creation process more efficient. This change impacts various areas of the application, including role creation, capacity planning, target setting, scenario planning, and reporting.
