Video - Overview of Fullcast Settings

Profile Settings

In the profile settings, you can reset your password and manage multi-factor authentication. If you are using third-party authentication, these settings won't be relevant. This section also allows you to give temporary access to team members or customer support and view session logs.

Configuration Settings

Access configuration settings by clicking the gear icon. Here’s an overview of each setting section:

Jobs

In the Jobs section, you can view the history of import and export jobs, as well as manage scheduled jobs.

Users

The Users section allows you to see all users in your Fullcast instance and manage their access, permissions, and licenses. You can also set requirements for secure login.

Audit

The Audit section contains a log of events, including logins, rerun rules, commits, and more. This provides a comprehensive history of actions taken within the platform, aiding in accountability and transparency.

Metrics

In the Metrics section, you can manage the custom metrics specific to your organization. This enables you to tailor the data and performance indicators to fit your unique needs.

Tenant Settings

Tenant settings allow you to view license counts, manage fiscal year dates, and set tenant-level defaults for the details and grid views.

Entities and Fields

The Entities and Fields section lets you control many aspects of the data fields you bring into Fullcast. Key aspects include hierarchy participation rules, which determine which fields can be used as inputs for territory carving, and managing data quality thresholds for individual fields.

Policies

In the Policies section, you configure the connected app settings required to utilize Fullcast’s policies. This enables you to use Fullcast’s various policies.

Import/Export

The Import/Export section is where you manage the connection between Fullcast and your CRM. Ensuring this connection is properly configured is vital for seamless data synchronization between systems.
