Changes made in Salesforce not updated in Fullcast

Newly created, updated, or deleted records (Account, User, etc) in Salesforce are not imported into Fullcast.


  • Check if any import job ran after changes were made in Salesforce. If not, then running an import job will fix this issue.
  • Check if it meets the filter criteria specified in the import job for standard integration.

Even after following the above steps, if the changes are still not updated in Fullcast, then this is due to the import job not being run for more than 15 days. We rely on the import job getting in deleted records before it is permanently deleted from Salesforce. This can be avoided by setting up scheduled import jobs at least once a week.

Note

Any changes made in salesforce will show in fullcast only after the import job is successful.
