SmartPlan Overview

Segmenting the territories in dense postal code areas is always a challenge for the Sales Managers. SmartPlan feature of Fullcast app, helps the Sales Managers to overcome this challenge with ease.  SmartPlan has six different flexible criteria options that assist in easier segmentation of territories.

Steps to access SmartPlan 

1. Access your Fullcast instance and switch plans if applicable. 
2. Click Manage Accounts on the Territories tile. 
3. In the left navigation panel, drill down to the appropriate territory. 
4. Click the More Options icon (three horizontal dots) and select Add Hierarchy from the dropdown menu. 
5. Click Smart Plan. 
6. Complete the necessary information in the Basic Configuration section. 

Adding Criteria

Currently, there are six different methods under which custom criteria can be framed to balance the territories. Follow the below links to know in detail about each criterion. 

• Balance by field value
• Balance by Metrics
• Cluster by field value
• Minimize Disruption
• Maximum
• Minimum

Prioritized Balancing Criteria

There are no limitations on the number of criteria that can be set. The criteria can be prioritized according to the user's choice using a simple drag-and-drop method. Click on Prioritized Balancing Criteria to prioritize your criteria.
