Activating and Deactivating policies


This article provides direction in activating and deactivating policies in Fullcast. For convenience, users can create policies and leave them disabled, activating them only when needed.

Note:

  • Policies are only manageable in Fullcast.
  • Policies can only be activated and deactivated in active plans. 
Enabling and disabling the New Hire Policy

To proceed, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Access your Fullcast instance and switch plans if applicable. 
  2. Click Manage Policies by Territory on the Policies tile. 
  3. Click the actions button on the respective policy and select enable or disable depending on the available options.
