Installing the Managed Package

The purpose of this article is to provide step-by-step instructions for installing the Fullcast Managed Package in your Salesforce instance. It covers essential steps such as obtaining the installation URL, granting third-party access, and completing post-installation setup tasks like creating a connected app and integration user.

This Managed Package is not available in the Salesforce AppExchange. It will count toward your Salesforce limits.

Installation URL

Get the Installation URL from Your Business Partner before proceeding with the steps below.

  1. Append the Package installation path to your Salesforce URL after “.com/”.

  2. Press ENTER and the Package installation page will pop up. 

  3. On the Installation screen, select Install for All Users and check the Acknowledge box to confirm the installation of the Package.
  4. Click Install

  5. You will be prompted to Approve Third-Party Access with our Amazon AWS services. This is used for our clean domain functionality. Click the checkbox to accept and click Continue to initiate the installation.

  6. You will likely see the below screen. This is normal, you can click Done and continue working. You will receive an email notification once the installation has been completed.
