Create Territories Using Unique Field Values
The Unique Values rule allows you to create child territories based on the unique values within a specified field.
Notes:
- A maximum of 100 territories can be created based on unique values.
- A field should be added first in the settings for the unique value to appear in the dropdown menu. For information, refer to Creating fields in entity.
Creating Territories Using Unique Field Values
- Click the parent segment in the hierarchy then click the More Options icon (three horizontal dots) and select Add Hierarchy.
- Click Unique for the type of rule engine to use.
- Click the dropdown menu and select the treatment of account families option.
- Save and confirm your action.
