How to create teams using Bucket Values?
This article walks through creating teams using a Bucket rule. A use case for this is where you want to create buckets for regional teams, APAC, AMER, LATAM, EMEA and you have a field called "Person Country" on the user record. You could create a bucket rule to set up these teams.
Creating Bucket Rules in Teams
- Access your Fullcast instance and switch plans if applicable.
- On the Teams tile, click Team Organization
- In the Teams hierarchy pane, select the location where you want to build the team hierarchy and click the options (3-dot) menu. Select Add Hierarchy.
- For the Hierarchy Type, you will see Unique and Bucket. Click on Bucket.
5. In the Criteria & Priority section, select the field to use by clicking the drop down. To add buckets, click + Add Row
- Add as many rows as needed to create your team buckets.
