Log In to Fullcast for the First Time
When a new user gets added to the application, they need to complete the account creation and verification process outlined in this article.

- Verify email address
- Create password
- Initial log in
- Log out
- Contact your tenant admin
- Log back in
Instructions
Verify Your Email Address: Open the Verify Your Email Address email and follow the steps.
- Create Password: Open the Password Reset Email and follow the steps.
NOTE: The login link in the Reset Your Password email can only be used once. If you click the link, and then close the window before saving your new password, the link will be expired, and you will need to request a new password from your system administrator.

- Access your Fullcast instance
- For Prod: https://app.fullcast.io/
- For PreProd: https://fullcastpreprod.herokuapp.com/login
- Enter your username and password in the corresponding fields.
- Use your preferred authenticator app to follow the steps to Secure Your Account.
- Access your Fullcast instance
- Log out: Click on your user profile at the top right corner and select Log Out.
- Contact your tenant admin: The tenant admin may need to adjust your access permissions.
- Log back in: After logging out the first time use the following domain links.
- For Prod: https://app.fullcast.io/
- For PreProd: https://fullcastpreprod.herokuapp.com/login
Always use these URLs for future logins. The link sent in the account creation process will only allow you to reset your password once, it will not allow you to login.
NOTE: When you log back in, if you see a screen that says "You don't have access" contact your tenant admin who can grant you the appropriate permissions.
